The location of this hotel is very convenient as it is just a few meters from the Porte D'Orleans metro station , which easily connects you to all the major sights in the city center. The staff at this hotel were friendly and attentive, always providing great service and making sure our needs were met throughout our stay. The rooms were modern, spacious, and clean, offering a comfortable environment to relax after a long day of exploring. The basic amenities provided in the room, including the option to have tea or coffee, were a nice touch and added to the overall comfort of our stay.

Everything at this hotel was perfectly fine, and we had no issues during our stay.

The place was very quiet, allowing for a good rest away from the noise of the city. . The room was a good size for two people as was the bathroom where the shower was small but sufficient . Very close to the subway and Montparnase train station, easy to move to any point in the city . The cafes and supermarkets were on the way to any place.. The elevator worked at all times.

bed was too soft and I woke up with a crooked neck, nothing serious. decoration was very simple, with hand-assembled furniture, I didn't find it glamorous.. There was no place to put a second suitcase and to be able to manoeuvre with the changes of clothes.. Some guests smoked inside their rooms and smoke circulated everywhere including mine.. I asked for two beds and they gave me a room with only one, I still took it to be able to rest at that moment and it worked for all my stay.

overall assessment of the hotel and room is very positive. Even though the room is not very big (the wardrobe is a bit small for two people) overall it was very good, beds were very comfortable, room was super clean, bathroom quite spacious and best of all: Netflix! After a long day sightseeing around Paris, relaxing watching our favorite shows was the best. As for the location, hotel is a couple of minutes away from the metro, tram and bus. It is a quiet neighborhood, without the hustle and bustle of downtown but full of restaurants, take aways, supermarkets and shops. staff were very friendly and helpful, always with a smile and helping out in everything. We will certainly repeat accommodation on our next visit to Paris! :)

closet was a little small. There was too much noise in the other rooms. At night (in August) the duvet on the bed was quite warm. shower screen did not close completely and water came out a little. We missed a mini fridge, otherwise everything was great.

It's an old cosy hotel, with basic necessities like a working elevator, comfortable bed, and a private bathroom. It's also nice that there's added security by the staff -Although the neighborhood is pretty safe, they keep the doors locked at night and let only the guests in. All in all, it's an ok place to stay.

Great location by metro, comfy beds, clean room/bathroom, easy check-in/check-out, spacious room.

The neighborhood is a good one with everything you could possibly need right nearby, and they have a good deal with a nearby parking garage if you have a vehicle. Free wi-fi is always a plus. The bathroom in my room was bigger than the sleeping area.

1.) It's very shabby and old, could use a remodeling 2.) the Internet is very slow in the rooms, you have to be in the lobby to really use it. 3.) there is very loud construction going on in the street outside every morning. 4.) the beds are extremely uncomfortable 5.) the lift doesn't actually go up to the floors but in between them, so you still have to schlep your heavy bags up a few stairs.

Convenient location, close to public transportation and easily accessible. Friendly and helpful staff, providing excellent service. Clean and cheerful rooms with a pleasant atmosphere. Enjoyable continental breakfast with a variety of options available. Great value for the price, making it a smart choice for travelers.

I liked the furnishings and equipment.

The drainage in the shower was jammed, which created a flooding in the bathroom.

Very close to metro stations and to Orly Airport. Good value for money (we found an excellent offer).

It is better to have breakfast outside the hotel.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was comfortable and the view was nice. The location was convenient, close to the metro and main sites. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the WiFi signal was strong.

The breakfast selection could be improved.

Good flexible stuff, quiet location and cozy room. Although there was no wireless connectivity in the original room and el. connection to the TV-set was broken we got the room exchanged with all the facilities OK.

Not all facilities worked as advertised in all rooms.
